Had an utterly unproductive but completely amazing session of D&D this weekend in which we accomplished exactly nothing of what we’ve been stressed and preparing for for at least a week. Things we did accomplish:
Spent probably over an hour living Travis’ nightmare and just shopping and where my character, Brecca, got a Chain of Returning and Bag of Holding furthering her ascension into becoming Grog
Party got a keep! We no longer have to live in a tavern!
Party got completely drunk
Party participated in ill-conceived drinking game with their sorta-boss
Brecca blurted out more of her backstory than she’d actually intended
Brecca may have finally realized that feeling she was having when one of the party had a thing for their sorta-boss was jealousy
Brecca drunkenly hooked up with said sorta-boss
Sorta-boss is being all weird because of said hook-up
The DM mentioned the next day that he was picturing said sorta-boss as Natalie Dormer, which hey, Pro DM Tip: If your NPC looks like Natalie Dormer you are legally required to mention that
Steven playing Beastie Boys’ Sabotage at me because Brecca’s ace card was clearly a bit more grey than I maybe sorta had implied?
Like half of the party is grumpy with Brecca/me now whoops good job me well done
Maybe sorta implied. Yeah okay a story of sabotage:

Meanwhile Steven is more grumpy that Seraphina tried to drunkenly cast hold person on Brecca and you rolled TWO 19s with disadvantage.
Okay I ain’t apologizing for the two 19s though, that was fucking amazing. That was Pelor blessing my dice to tell Seraphina to knock it off.
